Sometimes I have to remind myself that I no longer have to live up to the expectations of an editor and it’s OK to to do some fun, stupid stuff with my camera once in a while.

Not the first snow of the season, but the first one that made me need to be extra cautious on my drive to work. Hoping for an early spring!
I debated about posting this photo. It would have been better if I would have been there about 30 minutes earlier when there was still just a bit of light in the sky. But photographing the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge wasn’t my original intent tonight. I was going to go to Bright Nights at Lauritzen Gardens, but when I saw the long line of cars waiting to get into a nearly full parking lot, I decided to look for something a little less crowded. I’m sure I’ll be back to the bridge to shoot more photos when the light is better.
